Most bookings made through Fare Avenue include a free cancellation window of 24 hours from the time of booking, provided the booking is made at least 7 days before departure. During this window you will receive a full refund with no fees.
For refundable fares, you may cancel and receive a refund minus any applicable airline penalty and our service fee. The refund amount depends on the airline's fare rules at the time of cancellation.
Promotional and non-refundable fares cannot be refunded after ticketing. In some cases, the airline may offer travel credits or allow changes for a fee. We will always try to recover the maximum possible value for you.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card issuers may take additional time to display the refund.
If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund of the unflown portion. Our team will assist you in claiming this and can help you rebook.
